ดำรงตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายเทคนิคและแพทย์วิจัยที่ศูนย์วิจัยโรคเอดส์สภากาชาดไทย และสถาบันวิจัยและนวัตกรรมเอชไอวี

เป็นผู้นำโครงการ “Princess PrEP” ซึ่งเป็นโครงการ PrEP แห่งแรกและใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย นอกจากนี้พี่หมอท็อป ยังดำเนินการวิจัยเกี่ยวกับการใช้ PrEP ในสหรัฐอเมริกา ร่วมกับคณาจารย์จาก The Fenway Institute และ Harvard Medical School
